The system provides comprehensive inventory management through reports of recorded purchase and payment transactions. A list of all items and quantities that have been purchased and paid for during specific time periods is displayed, along with the current quantities available in the warehouse for reference and use in warehouse inventory processes.
In addition to inventory management, and to assist the responsible entities in making decisions regarding items, their quantities, and the needs of departments for them, the program displays the consumption of departments for each requested item. This allows for the display of quantities that have been previously disbursed to the department during the previous month, and based on that, determine the current need.
