  The system allows its users to add requests for supplies with multiple options that allow the user to choose the required items from a comprehensive list of all items approved by the Ministry of Economy, in addition to the quick selection feature through simplified alternative icons and names for items that facilitate the search process and identify the required items, their quantities and any additional notes.   The system provides comprehensive inventory management through reports of recorded purchase and payment transactions. A list of all items and quantities that have been purchased and paid for during specific time periods is displayed, along with the current quantities available in the warehouse for reference and use in warehouse inventory processes. In addition to inventory management, and to assist the responsible entities in making decisions regarding items, their quantities, and the needs of departments for them, the program displays the consumption of departments for each requested item. This allows for the display of quantities that have been previously disbursed to the department during the previous month, and based on that, determine the current need.

  

• Receipt barcode

  The system works by barcode method to deliver requests for supplies, so that a special barcode number is generated for each department and printed on a receipt card that contains the name of the department and its special barcode in order for the department to receive its requests only through its card and to prevent receiving requests for departments without their cards.

  

• Bonds and invoices

  Extract the payment vouchers from the system and print them in the appropriate format and design for the institution. Payment vouchers are automatically generated by the system when items are delivered. The voucher displays a list of the received items with their quantities, the name and job title of the receiver, the beneficiary entity, and the date of receipt. In addition to that, purchase invoices can be generated from the system by selecting the items to be purchased and printing a purchase order invoice with all the required details.

  

• Inventory Management
